खंजन मंजु तिरीछे नयननि। निज पति कहेउ तिन्हहि सियँ सयननि॥ भईं मुदित सब ग्रामबधूटीं। रंकन्ह राय रासि जनु लूटीं॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

khaṃjana mañju tirīche nayanani। nija pati kaheu tinhahi siyaṃ sayanani॥ bhaīṃ mudita saba grāmabadhūṭīṃ। raṃkanha rāya rāsi janu lūṭīṃ॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

With her beautiful eyes, slanting like those of a khanjan bird, Sita indicated to them that this is my husband. On learning this, all the village maidens became delighted, as if the poor had plundered heaps of wealth.
