करि केहरि निसिचर चरहिं दुष्ट जंतु बन भूरि। बिष बाटिकाँ कि सोह सुत सुभग सजीवनि मूरि॥ ५९ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kari kehari nisicara carahiṃ duṣṭa jantu bana bhūri। biṣa bāṭikāṃ ki soha suta subhaga sajīvanī mūri॥ 59 ॥

Meaning

Elephants, lions, demons, and many other evil creatures roam the forest in abundance. O son, can the beautiful life-giving herb shine in a garden of poison?
