जिन्ह तरुबरन्ह मध्य बटु सोहा। मंजु बिसाल देखि मनु मोहा॥ नील सघन पल्लव फल लाला। अबिरल छाहँ सुखद सब काला॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jinha tarubaranha madhya baṭu sohā। mañju bisāla dekhi manu mohā॥ nīla saghana pallava phala lālā। abirala chāhaṁ sukhada saba kālā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Among those excellent trees stands a beautiful, विशाल banyan tree, and merely seeing it enchants the mind. Its leaves are dark and dense, and it bears red fruits. Its thick shade gives comfort at all times.
