जद्यपि सम नहिं राग न रोषू। गहहिं न पाप पूनु गुन दोषू॥ करम प्रधान बिस्व करि राखा। जो जस करइ सो तस फलु चाखा॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jadyapi sama nahiṃ rāga na roṣū। gahahiṃ na pāpa pūnu guna doṣū॥ karama pradhāna bisva kari rākhā। jo jasa karai so tasa phalu cākhā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Although they are impartial—there is in them neither attachment nor anger—they do not take on anyone's sin or merit, nor virtue or fault. They have made action the governing principle of the world; as one acts, so one tastes the fruit.
