द्वार भीर सेवक सचिव कहहिं उदित रबि देखि। जागेउ अजहुँ न अवधपति कारनु कवनु बिसेषि॥ ३७ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
dvāra bhīra sevaka saciva kahahiṃ udita ravi dekhi। jāgeu ajahũ na avadhapati kāranu kavanu biseshi॥ 37 ॥
Meaning
A crowd of ministers and attendants gathered at the palace gate. Seeing that the sun had risen, they said, 'What special reason is there that the Lord of Ayodhya has still not awakened?'
