धरम धुरीन धीर नय नागर। सत्य सनेह सील सुख सागर॥ देसु कालु लखि समउ समाजू। नीति प्रीति पालक रघुराजू॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

dharama dhurīna dhīra naya nāgara। satya saneha sīla sukha sāgara॥ desu kālu lakhi samau samājū। nīti prīti pālaka raghurājū॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

Raghunatha, foremost in dharma and steady of mind, adept in policy; an ocean of truth, affection, character, and bliss; a protector of justice and love—He considers country, time, occasion, and society.
