सुमिरत भरतहि प्रेमु राम को। जेहि न सुलभु तेहि सरिस बाम को॥ देखि दयाल दसा सबही की। राम सुजान जानि जन जी की॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sumirata bharatahi premu rāma ko। jehi na sulabhu tehi sarisa bāma ko॥ dekhi dayāla dasā sabahī kī। rāma sujāna jāni jana jī kī॥ 2 ॥

By remembering Bharata, whoever does not obtain Rama's love—who can be as unfortunate as that? Seeing everyone's condition, the compassionate and all-knowing Rama understood the state of the devotee's heart,
