अवनिप अकनि रामु पगु धारे। धरि धीरजु तब नयन उघारे॥ सचिवँ सँभारि राउ बैठारे। चरन परत नृप रामु निहारे॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
avanipa akani rāmu pagu dhāre। dhari dhīraju taba nayana ughāre॥ sacivaṃ sambhāri rāu baiṭhāre। carana parata nṛpa rāmu nihāre॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
When the king heard that Rama had come, he gathered his courage and opened his eyes. The minister supported and seated the king. The king saw Rama falling at his feet.
