तब तब अवधपुरी मैं जाऊँ। बालचरित बिलोकि हरषाऊँ॥ जन्म महोत्सव देखउँ जाई। बरष पाँच तहँ रहउँ लोभाई॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
taba taba avadhapurī maiṃ jāũ। bālacarita biloki harṣāũ॥ janma mahotsava dekhauṃ jāī। baraṣa pāṃca tahaṃ rahauṃ lobhāī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Then again and again I go to Ayodhya and rejoice in seeing His childhood pastimes. There I go to witness the birth festival, and, captivated by the Lord’s infant play, I remain there for five years.
