सुनि प्रभु बचन अधिक अनुरागेउँ। मन अनुमान करन तब लागेउँ॥ प्रभु कह देन सकल सुख सही। भगति आपनी देन न कही॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
suni prabhu bacana adhika anurāgeūṃ। mana anumāna karana taba lāgeūṃ॥ prabhu kaha dena sakala sukha sahī। bhagati āpanī dena na kahī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Hearing the Lord's words, I became deeply filled with love. Then I began to reason in my mind: the Lord said He would give all joys—that is surely true; but He did not say He would give His own devotion.
