सुनहु तात यह अकथ कहानी। समुझत बनइ न जाइ बखानी॥ ईस्वर अंस जीव अबिनासी। चेतन अमल सहज सुखरासी॥ १ ॥

sunahu tāta yaha akatha kahānī। samujhata banai na jāi bakhānī॥ īśvara aṃsa jīva abināsī। cetana amala sahaja sukharāsī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Listen, dear friend: this is an unfathomable tale. It cannot be fully understood or narrated. The living being is a part of God; therefore it is eternal, conscious, pure, and inherently a mass of bliss.
