सुनहु असंतन्ह केर सुभाऊ। भूलेहुँ संगति करिअ न काऊ॥ तिन्ह कर संग सदा दुखदाई। जिमि कपिलहि घालइ हरहाई॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sunahu asaṃtanhaṃ kera subhāū। bhūlehuṃ saṃgati karia na kāū॥ tinha kara saṃga sadā dukhadāī। jimi kapilahi ghālai harahāī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Now hear the nature of the wicked; never keep company with them, even by mistake. Their association always brings sorrow, as a Harahi cow destroys a Kapila cow by contact.
