पावन पर्बत बेद पुराना। राम कथा रुचिराकर नाना॥ मर्मी सज्जन सुमति कुदारी। ग्यान बिराग नयन उरगारी॥ ७ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
pāvana parabata beda purānā। rāma kathā rucirākara nānā॥ marmī sajjana sumati kudārī। gyāna birāga nayana uragārī॥ 7 ॥
Meaning
The Vedas and Puranas are sacred mountains. The many delightful Ramakathas are beautiful mines within those mountains. Saintly men are the experts who know their inner secrets, and refined understanding is the pickaxe. O Garuda, knowledge and dispassion are their two eyes.
