परम धर्ममय पय दुहि भाई। अवटै अनल अकाम बनाई॥ तोष मरुत तब छमाँ जुड़ावै। धृति सम जावनु देइ जमावै॥ ७ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
parama dharmamaya paya duhi bhāī। avaṭai anala akāma banāī॥ toṣa maruta taba chamā̃ juṛāvai। dhṛti sama jāvanu dei jamāvai॥ 7 ॥
Meaning
O brother, in this way, after milking the highest dharmic milk from the cow of sattvic faith that has entered righteous conduct, let it be well boiled over the fire of desirelessness. Then cool it with the breezes of patience and contentment, and let it set with the starter of forbearance and self-restraint.
