नारि बिबस नर सकल गोसाईं। नाचहिं नट मर्कट की नाईं॥ सूद्र द्विजन्ह उपदेसहिं ग्याना। मेलि जनेऊ लेहिं कुदाना॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nāri bibasa nara sakala gosāīṃ। nācahiṃ naṭa markaṭa kī nāīṃ॥ sūdra dvijanha upadesahiṃ gyānā। meli janeū lehiṃ kudānā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
O Lord, all men are under the special control of women and dance like monkeys made to perform by a showman. Shudras instruct the Brahmins in wisdom, and putting on the sacred thread, they take disgraceful alms.
