काम क्रोध मद लोभ रत गृहासक्त दुखरूप। ते किमि जानहिं रघुपतिहि मूढ़ परे तम कूप॥ ७३ (क) ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kāma krodha mada lobha rata gṛhāsakta dukharūpa। te kimi jānahiṃ raghupatihi mūḍha pare tama kūpa॥ 73 (a) ॥

Meaning

How can those devoted to lust, anger, pride, and greed, and attached to the sorrowful life of the household, know Raghupati? Those fools lie fallen in the well of darkness.
