कहुँ कहुँ सरिता तीर उदासी। बसहिं ग्यान रत मुनि संन्यासी॥ तीर तीर तुलसिका सुहाई। बृंद बृंद बहु मुनिन्ह लगाई॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kahuṃ kahuṃ saritā tīra udāsī। basahim gyāna rata muni sannyāsī॥ ṭīra ṭīra tulasikā suhāī। bṛnda bṛnda bahu muninha lagāī॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

At some places along the riverbank dwell renunciant and knowledge-absorbed sages and ascetics. Along the Sarayu's banks, many groups of beautiful tulsi plants have been planted by sages.
