मातु कुसल प्रभु अनुज समेता। तव दुख दुखी सुकृपा निकेता॥ जनि जननी मानहु जियँ ऊना। तुम्ह ते प्रेमु राम कें दूना॥ ५ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

mātu kusala prabhu anuja sametā। tava dukha dukhī sukṛpā niketā॥ jani jananī mānahu jiyaṃ ūnā। tumha te premu rāma keṃ dūnā॥ 5 ॥

Meaning

O Mother, the Lord, abode of compassion, is well together with His younger brother Lakshmana, though He is sorrowful because of your sorrow. O Mother, do not let your heart sink. In Rama’s heart, His love for you is twice as great.
