यह खल मलिन सदा सुरद्रोही। काम लोभ मद रत अति कोही॥ अधम सिरोमनि तव पद पावा। यह हमरें मन बिसमय आवा॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
yaha khala malina sadā suradrohī। kāma lobha mada rata ati kohī॥ adhama siromani tava pada pāvā। yaha hamareṃ mana bismaya āvā॥ 5 ॥
Meaning
This vile, impure-hearted one, ever hostile to the gods, devoted to lust, greed, and pride, and exceedingly wrathful, attained Your supreme feet, though he was the crest-jewel of the degraded. This has filled our minds with wonder.
