सिर अरु सैल कथा चित रही। ताते बार बीस तैं कही॥ सो भुजबल राखेहु उर घाली। जीतेहु सहसबाहु बलि बाली॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sira aru saila kathā cita rahī। tātē bāra bīsa taiṃ kahī॥ so bhujabala rākhehu ura ghālī। jītehu sahasabāhu bali bālī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
The stories of cutting off heads and lifting Mount Kailas remained fixed in your mind, and that is why you have repeated them twenty times. Yet the might of those arms you have kept hidden in your heart, by which you conquered Sahasrabahu, Bali, and Vali.

This is Chaupai 4, Under Doha 29 from Lanka Kand, in the episode “Angada's Dialogue with Ravana”. The episode describes Angada's fearless counsel to Ravana in his court urging him to return Sita and seek Rama's refuge.
