कथा कही सब तेहिं अभिमानी। जेहि प्रकार सीता हरि आनी॥ तात कपिन्ह सब निसिचर मारे। महा महा जोधा संघारे॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kathā kahī saba tehiṃ abhimānī। jehi prakāra sītā hari ānī॥ tāta kapinha saba nisi cara māre। mahā mahā jodhā saṃghāre॥ 5 ॥
Meaning
That arrogant one told him the whole story, including the way he had carried off Sita. Then he said, 'O dear one, the monkeys have slain all the demons; they have destroyed even the greatest warriors.'
