कर सारंग साजि कटि भाथा। अरि दल दलन चले रघुनाथा॥ प्रथम कीन्हि प्रभु धनुष टँकोरा। रिपु दल बधिर भयउ सुनि सोरा॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kara sāraṅga sāji kaṭi bhāthā। ari dala dalana cale raghunāthā॥ prathama kīnhi prabhu dhanuṣa ṭaṃkorā। ripu dala bādhira bhayau suni sorā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

With the Saranga bow in hand and the quiver fastened at his waist, Lord Raghunatha set out to destroy the enemy ranks. First the Lord sounded the bow, and at that dreadful sound the enemy forces were struck deaf.
