जंबुक निकर कटक्कट कट्टहिं। खाहिं हुआहिं अघाहिं दपट्टहिं॥ कोटिन्ह रुंड मुंड बिनु डोल्लहिं। सीस परे महि जय जय बोल्लहिं॥ ५ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

jaṃbuka nikara kaṭakkaṭa kaṭṭahim̐। khāhim̐ huāhim̐ aghāhim̐ dapaṭṭahim̐॥ koṭinha ruṃḍa muṃḍa binu dollahim̐। sīsa pare mahi jaya jaya bollahim̐॥ 5 ॥

Meaning

Hosts of jackals make a clattering sound and gnaw, eat, howl, and growl in irritation after becoming full. Crores of trunks move about without heads, while the heads, fallen on the ground, cry out 'Victory, victory!'
