गए जानि अंगद हनुमाना। फिरे भालु मर्कट भट नाना॥ जातुधान प्रदोष बल पाई। धाए करि दससीस दोहाई॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
gae jāni aṃgada hanumānā। phire bhālu markaṭa bhaṭa nānā॥ jātudhāna pradoṣa bala pāī। dhāe kari dasasīsa dohāī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
When Angad and Hanuman were known to have gone, the bears and many monkey-warriors returned. The demons, empowered by the dusk hour, rushed forward crying the name of Ravana.
