एहि के हृदयँ बस जानकी जानकी उर मम बास है। मम उदर भुअन अनेक लागत बान सब कर नास है॥ सुनि बचन हरष बिषाद मन अति देखि पुनि त्रिजटाँ कहा। अब मरिहि रिपु एहि बिधि सुनहि सुंदरि तजहि संसय महा॥

Transliteration (IAST)

ehi ke hṛdayaṃ basa jānakī jānakī ura mama bāsa hai। mama udara bhuana aneka lāgata bāna saba kara nāsa hai॥ suni bachana haraṣa biṣāda mana ati dekhi puni trijaṭāṃ kahā। aba marihi ripu ehi bidhi sunahi sundari tajahi saṃsaya mahā॥

Meaning

[They think thus:] Janaki dwells in his heart; I dwell in Janaki’s heart; and within my belly are many worlds. So if an arrow strikes Ravana’s heart, all those worlds will be destroyed. Hearing these words, and seeing Sita’s mind filled with both joy and sorrow, Trijata said again, “Now he will die in this way. Listen, O beautiful one; abandon all great doubt.”
