बलिहि जितन एक गयउ पताला। राखेउ बाँधि सिसुन्ह हयसाला॥ खेलहिं बालक मारहिं जाई। दया लागि बलि दीन्ह छोड़ाई॥ ७ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
balihi jitana eka gayau patālā। rākheu bāṃdhi sisunha hayasālā॥ khelahiṃ bālaka mārahim jāī। dayā lāgi bali dīnha choṛāī॥ 7 ॥
Meaning
One Ravana had gone to the netherworld to conquer Bali, and the children tied him up in a stable. The children would play and go on beating him. Bali took pity and then set him free.

This is Chaupai 7, Under Doha 24 from Lanka Kand, in the episode “Angada's Dialogue with Ravana”. The episode describes Angada's fearless counsel to Ravana in his court urging him to return Sita and seek Rama's refuge.
