सेवक सठ नृप कृपन कुनारी। कपटी मित्र सूल सम चारी॥ सखा सोच त्यागहु बल मोरें। सब बिधि घटब काज मैं तोरें॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sevaka saṭha nṛpa kṛpana kunārī। kapaṭī mitra sūla sama cārī॥ sakhā soca tyāgahu bala moreṃ। saba bidhi ghaṭaba kāja maiṃ toreṃ॥ 5 ॥
Meaning
A foolish servant, a miserly king, a fallen woman, and a deceitful friend—these four are like thorns. O friend, put aside your worry and rely on my strength. In every way, I shall help you and make your task succeed.
