सुनु मुनीस बर दरसन तोरें। अगमु न कछु प्रतीति मन मोरें॥ जो सुखु सुजसु लोकपति चहहीं। करत मनोरथ सकुचत अहहीं॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sunu munīsa bara darasana toreṃ। agamu na kachu pratīti mana moreṃ॥ jo sukhu sujasu lokapati chahahīṃ। karata manoratha sakucata ahahīṃ॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
[He said:] O great sage, listen. In my heart I hold this conviction: nothing is too difficult when one has the blessed sight of you. The joy and fame that even the lords of the world desire are things they often feel shy to long for, thinking them unattainable.
Context
This is Chaupai 2, Under Doha 343 from Bal Kand, in the episode “Procession Returns to Ayodhya”. The episode describes the joyful return of the wedding procession with new brides to a rejoicing Ayodhya.
