सरद मयंक बदन छबि सींवा। चारु कपोल चिबुक दर ग्रीवा॥ अधर अरुन रद सुंदर नासा। बिधु कर निकर बिनिंदक हासा॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sarada mayaṃka badana chabi sīṃvā। cāru kapola cibuka dara grīvā॥ adhara aruna rada sundara nāsā। bidhu kara nikara binindaka hāsā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Their face was like the moon of the autumn full moon, the very limit of beauty. Their cheeks, chin, and neck were charming; their red lips, teeth, and nose were exceedingly lovely. Their smile put even the moon’s rays to shame.
