सकुचन्ह कहि न सकत गुरु पाहीं। पितु दरसन लालचु मन माहीं॥ बिस्वामित्र बिनय बड़ि देखी। उपजा उर संतोषु बिसेषी॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sakucanhaṃ kahi na sakata guru pāhīṃ। pitu darasana lālacu mana māhīṃ॥ bisvāmitra binaya baṛi dekhī। upajā ura santoṣu biseṣī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Out of modesty they could not say anything to Guru Vishvamitra, though in their hearts there was longing for a sight of their father. Seeing their great humility, Vishvamitra felt deep satisfaction in his heart.
