राउ अवधपुर चहत सिधाए। बिदा होन हम इहाँ पठाए॥ मातु मुदित मन आयसु देहू। बालक जानि करब नित नेहू॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāu avadhapura cahata sidhāe। bidā hona hama ihāṃ paṭhāe॥ mātu mudita mana āyasu dehū। bālaka jāni karaba nita nehū॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
The king wishes to return to Ayodhya. He has sent us here to seek leave. Mother, grant us permission with a happy heart, and always keep loving us as your children.
