रानी सुनि उपरोहित बानी। प्रमुदित सखिन्ह समेत सयानी॥ बिप्र बधू कुल बृद्ध बोलाईं। करि कुलरीति सुमंगल गाईं॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rānī suni uparohita bānī। pramudita sakhinha sameta sayānī॥ bipra badhū kula bṛddha bolāīṃ। kari kularīti sumaṅgala gāīṃ॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Hearing the priest's words, the wise queen became delighted along with her companions. She called the wives of the Brahmins and the elder women of the family, and according to family custom they sang auspicious songs.
