राम चरित सर बिनु अन्हवाएँ। सो श्रम जाइ न कोटि उपाएँ॥ कबि कोबिद अस हृदयँ बिचारी। गावहिं हरि जस कलि मल हारी॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma carita sara binu anhavāeṃ। so śrama jāi na koṭi upāeṃ॥ kabi kobida asa hṛdayaṃ bicārī। gāvahiṃ hari jasa kali mala hārī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Without bathing in the lake of Rama's deeds, that fatigue from Saraswati's rushing down cannot be removed even by hundreds of millions of remedies. Thus poets and scholars, reflecting in their hearts, sing only the fame of Hari, who removes the impurities of Kali Yuga.
