पुनि जल दीख रूप निज पावा। तदपि हृदयँ संतोष न आवा॥ फरकत अधर कोप मन माहीं। सपदि चले कमलापति पाहीं॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

puni jala dīkha rūpa nija pāvā। tadapi hṛdayaṃ saṃtoṣa na āvā॥ pharakata adhara kopa mana māhīṃ। sapadi cale kamalāpati pāhīṃ॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

The sage looked again into the water and recovered his own true form; even then he found no satisfaction. His lips were trembling, and anger was in his heart. At once he went to Lord Kamalapati.
