देहउँ श्राप कि मरिहउँ जाई। जगत मोरि उपहास कराई॥ बीचहिं पंथ मिले दनुजारी। संग रमा सोइ राजकुमारी॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

dehauṃ śrāpa ki marihauṃ jāī। jagata mori upahāsa karāī॥ bīcahiṃ pantha mile danujārī। saṃga ramā soī rājakumārī॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

[He kept thinking:] 'I will go and either give a curse or give up my life. They have made me a laughingstock in the world.' The enemy of demons, Lord Hari, met him right in the middle of the road. With Him were Lakshmi and that same princess.
