पढ़हिं बेद मुनि मंगल बानी। गगन सुमन झरि अवसरु जानी॥ बरु बिलोकि दंपति अनुरागे। पाय पुनीत पखारन लागे॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

paṛhahiṃ beda muni maṃgala bānī। gagana sumana jhari avasaru jānī॥ baru biloki daṃpati anurāge। pāya punīta pakhārana lāge॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

The sages were reciting the Vedas in words of blessing. Knowing the moment to be auspicious, a shower of flowers fell from the sky. Seeing the bridegroom, the king and queen were filled with love and began to wash his sacred feet.
