निगम नीति कुल रीति करि अरघ पाँवड़े देत। बधुन्ह सहित सुत परिछि सब चलीं लवाइ निकेत॥ ३४९ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nigama nīti kula rīti kari aragha pāṃvaṛe deta। badhunha sahita suta parichi saba calīṃ lavāi niketa॥ 349 ॥
Meaning
Following Vedic procedure and family custom, they offered arghya and ceremonial welcome. Having welcomed the sons together with the brides, the mothers led them away to the palace.
