मुनितिय तरी लगत पग धूरी। कीरति रही भुवन भरि पूरी॥ कमठ पीठि पबि कूट कठोरा। नृप समाज महुँ सिव धनु तोरा॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
munitiya tarī lagata paga dhūrī। kīrati rahī bhuvana bhari pūrī॥ kamaṭha pīṭhi pabi kūṭa kaṭhorā। nṛpa samāja mahuṃ siva dhanu torā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
As soon as the dust of your feet touched her, the sage’s wife Ahalya was redeemed. This glory spread fully throughout the worlds. In the assembly of kings, you broke Shiva’s bow, which was as hard as a tortoise’s back, a thunderbolt, and a mountain.
