लघु लाग बिधि की निपुनता अवलोकि पुर सोभा सही। बन बाग कूप तड़ाग सरिता सुभग सब सक को कही॥ मंगल बिपुल तोरन पताका केतु गृह गृह सोहहीं। बनिता पुरुष सुंदर चतुर छबि देखि मुनि मन मोहहीं॥
Transliteration (IAST)
laghu lāga bidhi kī nipunatā avaloki pura sobhā sahī। bana bāga kūpa taḍāga saritā subhaga saba saka ko kahī॥ maṃgala bipula torana patākā ketu gṛha gṛha sohahīṃ। banitā puruṣa suṃdara catura chabi dekhi muni mana mohahīṃ॥
Meaning
Seeing the city's splendor, Brahma's skill indeed seems slight. Who can describe the forests, gardens, wells, tanks, and rivers, all so lovely? Great auspicious banners, festoons, and flags adorn every house. Seeing the beauty of the graceful and clever men and women, even sages are enchanted.
