खरभरु देखि बिकल पुर नारीं। सब मिलि देहिं महीपन्ह गारीं॥ तेहिं अवसर सुनि सिवधनु भंगा। आयउ भृगुकुल कमल पतंगा॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kharabharu dekhi bikala pura nārīṃ। saba mili dehiṃ mahīpanhaṃ gārīṃ॥ tehiṃ avasara suni sivadhanu bhaṃgā। āyau bhṛgukula kamala pataṃgā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

Seeing the commotion, the women of Janakpur were thrown into distress, and all together they began to abuse the kings. At that very moment, upon hearing that Shiva's bow had been broken, Parashuram, the sun of the lotus of Bhrigu's line, arrived.
