करि बिनय सिय रामहि समरपी जोरि कर पुनि पुनि कहै। बलि जाउँ तात सुजान तुम्ह कहुँ बिदित गति सब की अहै॥ परिवार पुरजन मोहि राजहि प्रानप्रिय सिय जानिबी। तुलसीस सीलु सनेहु लखि निज किंकरी करि मानिबी॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kari binaya siya rāmahi samarapī jori kara puni puni kahai। bali jāuṃ tāta sujāna tumha kahaṃ bidita gati saba kī ahai॥ parivāra purajana mohi rājahi prānapriya siya jānibī। tulasīsa sīlu sanehu lakhi nija kiṃkarī kari mānibī॥
Meaning
After making her plea, she offered Sita to Rama and, with folded hands, said again and again: “I am devoted to you, O noble one; you know the condition of all. Know that Sita is as dear as life to the family, the townspeople, me, and the king. O Rama, seeing her virtue and affection, please regard her as your own maidservant.”
