कनक थार भरि मंगलन्हि कमल करन्हि लिएँ मात। चलीं मुदित परिछनि करन पुलक पल्लवित गात॥ ३४६ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kanaka thāra bhari maṃgalanhi kamala karanhi liyeṃ māta। calīṃ mudita parichani karana pulaka pallavita gāta॥ 346 ॥
Meaning
The mothers filled golden trays with auspicious items and, holding them in their lotus-like hands, went forth joyfully to perform the welcoming rite. Their bodies were covered with goosebumps of delight.
