कह मुनि सुनु नरनाथ प्रबीना। रहा बिबाहु चाप आधीना॥ टूटतहीं धनु भयउ बिबाहू। सुर नर नाग बिदित सब काहू॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

kaha muni sunu naranātha prabīnā। rahā bibāhu cāpa ādhīnā॥ ṭūṭatahiṃ dhanu bhayau bibāhū। sura nara nāga bidita saba kāhū॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

The sage said, 'Listen, O wise king. The marriage depended on the bow; the moment the bow broke, the wedding took place. This is known to all—gods, men, and serpents alike.'
