भूप बचन सुनि सहज सुहाए। जरित कनक मनि पलँग डसाए॥ सुभग सुरभि पय फेन समाना। कोमल कलित सुपेतीं नाना॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
bhūpa bacana suni sahaja suhāe। jarita kanaka mani palaṃga ḍasāe॥ subhaga surabhi paya phena samānā। komala kalita supetīṃ nānā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Hearing the king's words, they naturally prepared beautiful couches and spread golden beds inlaid with gems. Many soft, lovely white covers, like the foam of cow's milk, were laid out.
