बड़े सनेह लघुन्ह पर करहीं। गिरि निज सिरनि सदा तृन धरहीं॥ जलधि अगाध मौलि बह फेनू। संतत धरनि धरत सिर रेनू॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
baḍe saneha laghunha para karahīṃ। giri nija sirani sadā tṛna dharahīṃ॥ jaladhi agādha mauli baha phenū। santata dharani dharata sira renū॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Great people always show affection to those beneath them. Mountains constantly bear grass upon their peaks. The fathomless ocean bears foam upon its head, and the earth ever bears dust upon its head.
