अति हरषु राजसमाज दुहु दिसि दुंदुभीं बाजहिं घनी। बरषहिं सुमन सुर हरषि कहि जय जयति जय रघुकुलमनी॥ एहि भाँति जानि बरात आवत बाजने बहु बाजहीं। रानी सुआसिनि बोलि परिछनि हेतु मंगल साजहीं॥
Transliteration (IAST)
ati haraṣu rājasamāja duhu disi duṃdubhīṃ bājahiṃ ghanī। baraṣahiṃ sumana sura haraṣi kahi jaya jayati jaya raghukulamanī॥ ehi bhāṃti jāni barāta āvata bājane bahu bājahīṃ। rānī suāsini boli parichani hetu maṃgala sājahīṃ॥
Meaning
On both sides there is great joy in the royal assembly, and drums resound loudly. The gods, delighted, shower flowers and cry, 'Victory, victory, victory to Rama, the jewel of the Raghu clan!' Knowing that the wedding procession is approaching, many kinds of instruments begin to play, and the queen calls the married women and prepares the auspicious items for the welcoming ritual.
