अति बिनीत मृदु सीतल बानी। बोले रामु जोरि जुग पानी॥ सुनहु नाथ तुम्ह सहज सुजाना। बालक बचनु करिअ नहिं काना॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
ati binīta mṛdu sītala bānī। bole rāmu jori juga pānī॥ sunahu nātha tumha sahaja sujānā। bālaka bacanu karia nahiṃ kānā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Sri Ramchandra, with both hands joined, spoke in a very humble, gentle, and cooling tone: "O Lord, listen. You are naturally all-wise. Do not heed the words of a child."
