असुर सेन सम नरक निकंदिनि। साधु बिबुध कुल हित गिरिनंदिनि॥ संत समाज पयोधि रमा सी। बिस्व भार भर अचल छमा सी॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
asura sena sama naraka nikandinī। sādhu bibudha kula hita girinandini॥ saṃta samāja payodhi ramā sī। bisva bhāra bhara acala chamā sī॥ 5 ॥
Meaning
This Ramkatha is like Parvati: it destroys hells like an army of demons and benefits the line of the saintly and divine. It is like Lakshmi for the ocean of saintly society, and like the steadfast earth in bearing the burden of the whole world.
