तब रघुनाथ कौसिकहि कहेऊ। नाथ कालि जल बिनु सबु रहेऊ॥ मुनि कह उचित कहत रघुराई। गयउ बीति दिन पहर अढ़ाई॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
taba raghunātha kausikahi kaheū। nātha kāli jala binu sabu raheu॥ muni kaha ucita kahata raghurāī। gayau bīti dina pahara aṛhāī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Then Rama said to Visvamitra, “O Master, yesterday everyone remained without drinking water.” The sage replied that Rama was speaking rightly; two and a half watches of the day had already passed.
