सोक समाजु राजु केहि लेखें। लखन राम सिय बिनु पद देखें॥ बादि बसन बिनु भूषन भारू। बादि बिरति बिनु ब्रह्मबिचारू॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
soka samāju rāju kehi lekheṃ। lakhana rāma siya binu pada dekheṃ॥ bādi basana binu bhūṣana bhāru। bādi birati binu brahmabicārū॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
What is this crowd of sorrow, and what is a kingdom worth, without beholding the feet of Lakshmana, Rama, and Sita? Just as ornaments are a useless burden without clothes, so contemplation of Brahman is useless without detachment.
